Which devices are Conner products compatible with?
Compatible with iPhone (Lightning/USB-C ports), iPad, Android phones/tablets, Mac, and Windows computers. Supports multi-interface connections (USB-C/USB-A/Lightning) (some models require corresponding cables, sold separately).
Do I need to install an app to use it?
Apple devices require the free iXflash App, and Android devices require the free PioData App. The apps support auto-backup, file management, media playback, and other functions, with simple and easy-to-use operations.
How to enable "auto-backup while charging"?
Connect the charging & storage device to your phone/tablet, open the corresponding app, and enable the "Auto-Backup While Charging" function. Subsequent charging will automatically back up new photos and videos without duplicate backups.
Will backed-up photos retain Live Photos and shooting information?
Yes, it fully retains Live Photos, Burst photo formats, as well as shooting date, time, geolocation, filename, and other metadata. Restored files are consistent with the original.
What is the maximum MicroSD card capacity supported for expansion?
Supports SD v1.0–3.0 UHS-I, SDHC, SDXC (up to 2TB), compatible with UHS-II and microSD Express cards, meeting large-capacity storage needs.
How to enable "Read Only mode" to prevent viruses?
Set "Read Only Write Protection Mode" through the app. Once enabled, the device can only read files, not delete or write. Effectively prevents viruses and accidental deletion when connected to unknown computers.
Is the capacity marked on the product genuine?
All Conner products have genuine capacity with no false claims, supporting third-party software testing. If the capacity is inconsistent, you can apply for a full refund + compensation with the test report.
What is the product warranty period?
All products come with a 3-year official warranty. Non-artificial damage (e.g., chip failure, interface issues) can be repaired or replaced for free. Within the warranty period, 7-day no-risk return is supported (provided it does not affect secondary sales).

Is there a regional protection policy for distributors?
Exclusive regional agency policies are available, dividing sales areas by administrative regions to protect distributors' market interests and avoid vicious competition.
Is there a minimum order quantity requirement for the initial purchase?
Different initial purchase thresholds are set according to regional levels (provincial/municipal/county-level). Specific details can be consulted with the investment manager, with flexible purchase plans.
What is the product supply cycle?
Regular products are in stock, and delivery is within 3-7 working days after order confirmation; customized needs (e.g., logo printing) have a supply cycle of 15-20 working days.
What marketing support can distributors receive?
Provide product training manuals, promotional posters, video materials, e-commerce detail page templates, assist in planning offline promotional activities, and mark distributor information on online platforms (official website/social media) for traffic drainage.
